Workshops with Mavi & TribalCarnivale 4/16/11

So I will finally be learning to dance with a sword on my head on Saturday, April 16 at Pera Dance.  Awalim is sponsoring the very wonderful Mavi of Washington, DC for two workshops, including one on dancing to dubstep and the aforementioned sword session.  I'm pretty stoked!

As soon as the workshops are over, we'll be heading to the Red Light Cafe for an incredible show!  Doors open at 8:00 and the show starts at 9:00.  You don't want to miss this one... lots of talent from around the Southeast, in addition to Mavi herself!

Learn more and get your Red Light tickets in advance here.
