Rajni and Qamar present an opportunity to study with a finger cymbal master, Carla Monnich of TURKU. Later, Athens' own Wendellyn Ladapo will teach a class on her signature West African group improv vocabulary.
The day ends with a Dance & Music Jam and pot luck dinner at 5:30 p.m., at the home of Jackie Pierson. Donations will be accepted for local dancer Lucinda Bless and her family. Check out the Facebook event for details.
